Nuxios provides an online booking platform that allows professionals to create their personalized booking page and manage their appointments. The service includes an integrated calendar, client management, and automatic notifications depending on the subscribed plan.

3. User Account

To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Usage Rules

You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. The following is prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Publishing defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam)
• Attempting to compromise the security of the service

5. Payment and Billing

The free plan is offered at no charge. For the Premium plan, payments are processed securely via Stripe. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your user dashboard. In case of cancellation, access to Premium features will be maintained until the end of the current billing period.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Nuxios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, without notice or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nuxios strives to provide a reliable and quality service. However, the service is provided "as is" and Nuxios does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nuxios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

Nuxios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms. Your continued use of the service after publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
